a unique experience.We chose the long tasting menu and the experience was amazing. a mixture of flavors, smells, textures. Each dish that serves makes you discover new sensations. The amount of food and the number of dishes from the menu is very generous but you don't get to feel heavy at any time. Special mention of the dish of ibicenca red shrimp and tiger milk, the ibiza, pine island and the mignardises. Thank you very much to david, the chef, marcelo and cheer for the deal.

Estuvimos en septiembre, y nos encantó, les dije que este año les tocaba la estrella, y cuando se la dan, me pongo a revisar la reseña, ¡y no está! Ais dios mío. Disfruté muchísimo, los platos una gozada, nos explicaron por qué tenían composiciones con posidonia, el maridaje acertadísimo. Enhorabuena por la estrella merecida. Volveremos a vernos! Impresionante, una vez más, la experiencia ayer en Unic Restaurant del hotel Migjorn ibiza Spa Suites. Cocina llena de sabores sorprendentes apostando por los productos de cercanía de la mano de pequeños productores locales. Probé esta vez el menú La Xanga , impresionante. Davis vuelve hacer magia. Gracias a todo el equipo por hacerme disfrutar!!
