"I love the food at Uniko. I've been a customer for years. I've ordered food twice now from this new branch, Uniko 2, and both times it has arrived over two hours later, cold and congealed. I have been forced to call multiple times, and they just keep lying about what is going on with the food. It is bizarre. I ordered the food this last time exactly at 20:00, when they opened, and it arrived after 22:00. The worst part is that they told me it would take half an hour when I first called.
