My dining experience at this restaurant was disappointing. Despite being one of only two tables in the entire restaurant, it took five minutes to be seated and even longer for a server to come over. It took over 10 minutes to get our drinks, and the bartender seemed to be prioritizing other customers over us. It took over 30 minutes for our food to be served, which included two kids meals and a salad. The whole experience took almost an hour and a half. While the food was okay, the terrible service made it not worth it.
Don’t be fooled by the 3.8 stars and bad “late night” reviews. My husband and I went for pre dinner drinks and appetizers. The restaurant is clean and beautiful, with friendly wait staff and hostesses. The food (calamari and hummus, no picture because we ate it all) was delicious. Service by bartenders was friendly and prompt, encouraging us to come back for future drinks and dinners.
Erin, Dickey, Chef Tim and everyone was fantastic! The level of food and service was equal to the great conversation from the staff. Not to be downplayed by the fantastic display of classic architecture from the local artisans of a century past. We enjoyed the experience, and look forward to coming back!
This restaurant is fantastic in every way. It offers a luxurious and calming atmosphere within the stunning Hotel Saint Louis. The service provided by Jasen was delightful, with his warm and attentive demeanor. I specifically visited for the French Onion Soup and it exceeded all my expectations.

Was truly hoping for a better experience but unfortunately all our steaks came out medium, we asked for medium rare. Sides had no big flavor at all. The heirloom caprese prob had one slice of an heirloom in it and the rest was regular steak cut tomatoes ?..Hotel is pretty though.
We had breakfast in while staying at STL hotel. We ordered kids oatmeal and Louie Breakfast. The food was nicely cooked, portions are more than plentiful. The service was great. I wish they had a coffee machine though for espresso, otherwise great experience.
First time at the restaurant. Seems like they were a bit overwhelmed (short staff) but the interactions I had were good. We did the Mothers Day brunch. The food was delicious and hot! A lot of variety. I would definitely go again.
Attentive service. Great food, Louie Burger was awesome...we like the burnt crunchy patties and coated crispy fries. Look for my man Clarence to serve you!
