visited with the family for a buried for my son. it was a sweat from beginning to end! the table was booked for 7, we arrived on time and had to wait about 10 minutes in the door until our table was finished. I tried to get a drink at the bar, but it was just table service. waited half an hour until our drinks order, then a drink had disappeared. 10 minutes waiting for our food order to be taken. all the meals came an hour later, except mine, they forgot from me. 20 minutes to which time all their meals had ended. When my food arrived, it was lovely, but it was left to eat itself. they took this from the bill with the 4 parmos that were sent back when they were cold in the middle. very short...
Last night, I went to this restaurant for the first time with two friends and former colleagues. We were greeted with a lively and cheerful atmosphere and were seated at our table promptly at 8:15 pm. The service was efficient yet unobtrusive. I tried the delicious 18oz T-Bone steak, which was cooked perfectly to my liking. I enhanced the already excellent flavor with English mustard. At £21, I found it to be great value compared to other similar restaurants like TGI Fridays. I will definitely be returning to Uno's in the future. Thank you for a wonderful dining experience!
Was greeted by a gentleman who took us to a table then was immediately asked for drinks which I like, after getting our drinks we ordered, 2 pizzas and a portion of fries wait time was about 20-25 it was very busy. Out came the...food with missing fries which we had to wait a extra 10 minutes for, I asked for salt and pepper and got ignored, asked again they gave it to me instantly. Meal overall was nice. Asked for the bill got ignored again waited 5 minutes walked up to the desk and paid, overall we may have just caught them on a bad night!
Starters were nice, pizza wasn’t very nice the tomato sauce on the bottom just wasn’t very nice made the pizza taste strange but the staff where so rude! Considering it was quite they took ages to take orders and when we wanted our starter plates...taken they just completely ignored us to stand on there phones.. or to stand behind the bar eating and speaking to each other.. there may not of been many people in there but the people who were in there weren’t getting very good service..

last night for the first time with two friends and ex-workers. we were met with a lively happy ambiente and booked on time at our table for the service was efficient and yet inconspicuous. I had the unrequired T-Bone' it was cooked exactly to my taste and I only improved the excellent taste with English senf. I thought it was a great value (c.f tgi’s). I will definitely visit again. thanks, uno’s.!
On Saturday for lunch, the prices at this restaurant are lower than any other Italian restaurants, particularly momentos, which has increased its prices and quality. I was pleased to find that the quality here has not changed. I started with the mozzarella carozza, which was tasty, and then had the calzone for my main dish, which was excellent.
On a romantic meal the waiter dropped a tray full of glasses which resulted in wife cutting her leg. The never cleaned up the glass properly, no apology, nothing won't be going back again Can't blame waitress that was dealing with usshe was run off...she left on her own the management failed to support her. The food was very poor and tasteless

Poor food. If I didn’t know better I’d say it was cheap cuts of meat pisspoor cheap sauces out of a jar. This place is so far behind Uno Momento it beggars belief.
I had the chance to try the breakfast today and it was fantastic. It was the best breakfast we have ever had, featuring top brands.
