Placed an order online via Uno 's own website not a third party. For whatever reason the order wasn 't recieved on the restaurants end. Despite having the order confirmation email to prove that both the order was placed and to the correct location AND a the payment being taken from my credit card. They refused to do anything. Neither a refund or the order was offered. In fact it was strongly suggested that we lied about the order and the email Could be from anything . After no resolution was given exept to repurchase what I 'd already paid for we were instructed to call back later when the general manager got in. I did so and no one answered. Incredibly disappointed I ordered 2 small pizzas with 2 toppings onions and roasted vegetables, the pizza itself is good quality, but Lacks Volume of Toppings . I looked at other pictures where patrons received Generous amounts of volumes of veggies on pizza where it’s Piled high Tonight it was very Small amount of veggies on both pizzas perhaps because it was a promo but besides that it was $19 for 2 small pizzas with the promo and it’s deceiving that the veggies was good quality but very low volume. Hey Boston! As a local guide for Google I take my reviews seriously and try to provide the best unbiased reviews out there. I hope this one helps you out. My family and I dine with Uno periodically but exclusively carryout. We have not tried dine in. Here are the pros and cons. Pros: Delicious pizza Has yet to mess up or miss any of our orders Consistent on quality, prep times, and service As someone with a food allergy, they've always been accommodating and I've had no issues. Cons: None to list. We've yet to have any bad experiences or gotchas. I might say, prices are a bit too steep to eat here as much as we'd like to, but hey, the food is good and so it demands a higher cost.
This UNO has been around for a while. It was a great place to eat, but my last visit wasn't to much to write home about. The food was awesome! Came out hot and tasted amazing. I would recommend the chicken parm. However, the place smelled like a rest room. The table we were at was super sticky! Also, the bartender was talking politics with another customer fairly loudly; saying some things that made me uncomfortable. Keeping it fun is important; and being aware of POC customers

Called in my salad at 1pm. Went to pick it up around 120pm. Waited for another 10 mins to actually get my salad to go. 30 minutes for a salad on my 30 minute lunch break. And when I went to pick it up there were only 2 customers at the bar and 3 at tables. Unacceptable!!! Oh and it was $16.00.
One of my favorite places. The staff and atmosphere are pleasant. I enjoy dining in. However, the take-out service lately has not been great. My last order which I ordered through the app was half an hour late. The pizza was cold while the mozzarella sticks were still hot.
I was there 6/3/ 2023 for a HS graduation party. I asked for a burger with some pink in it. They cooked the hell out of the burger! I couldn’t eat it. I should have sent it back, but you never know the treatment you will get on your replacement burger.
The service was fantastic on New Year's Eve. They went above and beyond by arranging a special balloon drop for the kids and providing a designated area for them to play in. My son had a blast! The food was also excellent.

We always travel an hour for this pizza! It's the best deep dish Chicago-style pizza around. The restaurant offers good service, a large menu, and a sports bar atmosphere.
The environment is appalling. Right next to the entrance is a bucket overflowing with cigarette butts, the strong smell of which greets you before stepping inside.
