I ordered the pulled pork and sliced brisket, and unfortunately, both were a bit dry, requiring the BBQ sauce to make them more palatable. However, the baked beans were excellent, and the corn on the cob was a nice touch. Don’t miss out on the Texas toast, which was a delightful addition to the meal. While the service was friendly and attentive, I don’t think I'll be returning, as there are too many other great BBQ places nearby. I visited around 2 PM, so there shouldn’t have been any reason for the food to be dry from sitting out too long.
We recently celebrated my husband’s 40th birthday and chose Up’N Smoke BBQ food truck to cater for our guests. Wow! It was absolutely delicious! Our guests couldn't stop talking about the food. I must say, I was extremely pleased. The team was easy to work with, always had smiles on their faces, prepared fantastic dishes, and were generally a joy to collaborate with. I highly recommend them for any event!
We came at lunch rush, it was very busy with only 1 waitress working the dining area. The wait was a little long, but the food was good and Chelsea was awesome! Even though she was very busy, her service was beyond exceptional. On top of that, at one point the bartender and someone from the grill started helping her run orders out— great teamwork all around. We will be back!
The food here is fantastic, and the owners are a great pair of guys. They have an impressive custom Traeger grill and they really show appreciation for veterans. This is a fantastic local business, and it’s the only BBQ spot I’ll be visiting from now on. Thank you, guys!

This is a decent spot to grab a quick bite while traveling along I-35. While it may not be anything extraordinary, it will certainly curb your hunger. The BBQ is just okay, but the atmosphere inside is pretty cool.
Very good ribs with meat on them. Looking forward to getting something to eat today.Food was fresh and sides were good. Loved the dessert as well. I would recommend a trip if you like the taste of smoky bbq ribs.
As a barbecue enthusiast, I can confidently say that Up in Smoke BBQ ranks among the best I've ever had. Their mac and cheese is outstanding—definitely a must-try!
