"If I could eat upbeat every day of my life I would. The agave tofu is my fave. So many dressing I can choose from too! It's all so fresh. I've never picked out a bad piece of food from my bowl."

Let me start by saying Upbeet feels kind of like the cliche that millennial decor is becoming — triangle shaped mirrors, all white and wood minimalism, health is wealth, etc. It’s a beautiful building and has a small patio area. Now, with all that said: This place is insanely delicious. Lots of premade bowls, salads, smoothie options, but also the option of building/customizing your own. (If you customize, watch out, it can get fast! But you get a large amount of food so make sure you’re hungry, or maybe split with someone/take some of it home. My fiancé and I have been twice, and both times I got the aloha bowl (rice, mango, jalapeño, coconut, macadamia nuts, avocado, scallions, ginger miso...

Basically, Upbeet gives you bougie, SoCal vibes in a West Midtown ATL environment and I love it. First time there I ordered a customized salad w/ avocado and other toppings and I LOVED it They also have an attractive smoothie other items section ex. avocado toast) that is lovely! I got a pink looking smoothie bowl w/ berries and it’s so delicious. They also offer Kombucha drinks and other healthy to go items in an open fridge area. This place has a line, so be prepared ;

Great spot that popped up out of nowhere between the convention center and the company I work for. Visiting Atlanta, and needed a quick, vegan lunch. It hit the spot. I had the Chinese takeout bowl. It's a lot of food, and was tasty. I mean, it's not the best vegan meal I've ever had, but it sure was nice!

I always have to get the Vegan Bowl here when I’m in Atlanta. It comes with kale, quinoa, spicy chickpeas, spicy tofu (the best! , mango, and sesame seed. I swap out the dressing for the spicy lime chipotle dressing. One of of my all time favorite meals!
