The food at this restaurant is delicious and the atmosphere is pleasant. I went on pie night and the Captain Nemo pie was exceptional. I am a fan of fish, but not necessarily of ingredients like prawns that are commonly found in fish pies. However, this pie consisted only of fish, potatoes, and peas, making it the best fish pie I have ever had. It was filled with ample amounts of fish and cooked to perfection.
I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant. The atmosphere was lovely and the service was excellent. I felt safe and relaxed due to their COVID-19 precautions. The sirloin steak I ordered was cooked perfectly. I will definitely be returning for both meals and casual coffee with friends. Thank you!
good eating in a beautiful environment. it was pie night and captain nemo cake was excellent. I love fish, but not dinge like garnish that are often in fish cake. that was only fish, kartoffels and inherited and it was the best of all time. so much fish and skillfully cooked.
Ambience was good a noise levels low as restaurant was almost empty, no doubt due to Covid restrictions Service was good Very very limited menu, again I presume due to lack of customers. We both had the 3 meats Sunday roast which was good, could have done with more veg. Book a table now
