We started our meal with drinks, opting for an amazing, generously-sized Apple Cider Martini and a margarita. For appetizers, we chose the Mini Eggplant Parm and Gnocchi. They kindly drizzled the gnocchi with a delectable sauce that included thick cut bacon and spinach, which made it delightful. The gnocchi was light and fluffy, while my fiancé particularly enjoyed the eggplant parm, which featured olives.
For salads, we tried two small ones, and both were outstanding. The roasted vegetable salad was truly one of the best salads I’ve ever tasted. The pear and prosciutto salad was also excellent, loaded with toppings.

I absolutely love her food. Over the past four years, I’ve probably eaten here about once every 1.5 weeks. The quality of service can vary depending on who is attending to you—some staff members are great, while others are quite mediocre—but the exceptional food makes up for it. The pizzas, pasta dishes, and salads are all excellent, and the quality of the ingredients is impressively high. Whenever I have guests and order takeout from here, they always compliment how delicious it is. I can't wait to place my next order!
I was disappointed with Upper Crust. The meatballs and Pomodoro sauce were terrible—too sweet and overloaded with oregano, almost like a pre-made jarred sauce. Considering the price, the portion size was laughable. It felt like a complete rip-off. The only highlights from the menu were the Caesar salad, which I think should have been included with the entree instead of costing an extra $6 for a small portion, and the garlic bread.
Upper Crust combines classic Italian flavors with a relaxed, modern dining atmosphere. The restaurant offers seating on two indoor levels as well as numerous tables on a spacious porch. I enjoyed the Clam and Applewood Bacon Pizza. The attentive staff handled my wife's allergy concerns with great care and professionalism.

Upper Crust Cucina is one of our top Italian restaurants in Litchfield Hills! They offer homemade pasta and desserts (try the Tuscany Tiramisu!), affordable prices, and excellent customer service. It's the perfect spot for date nights, family dinners, or gatherings with friends thanks to its cozy atmosphere.
I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant. The mozzarella garlic bread and pizza were both incredibly tasty. I also enjoyed the distinctive atmosphere created by the restaurant being situated in a converted old house.
At Upper Crust, both the food and service were outstanding. The vegetable lasagna and goat cheese ravioli from the menu were delicious, and the roasted cauliflower side dish was just as impressive.
