I have been using Upper Crust Bagels since they came to Deerfield. I had an occasion to order a fish tray yesterday that I get at least once a year from them. My guests were in love with the sable, barbecued salmon, and nova lox! Every piece was moist and delicious! Thank you Upper Crust for your outstanding products!
I grew up in Deerfield, then moved to Seattle, and then to Taiwan, and now I'm back. I've been to the other side of the country, the other side of the world, and I've yet to find better bagels, hand cut lox, and breakfast sandwiches. (Also, those double chocolate muffins)
We ordered a pre-made sandwich tray and a dessert tray and everything was delicious! Great quality and generous portions. We had it delivered and it came exactly on time. I highly recommend!
