I must be missing something! I visited on a chilly morning and ordered two hot chocolates to go. After spending £6.30, I was surprised to receive two cups that were only half the size of a regular coffee, and they were lukewarm. It feels like a complete rip-off, especially during challenging times when many people are struggling with unemployment. To top it off, the chocolate itself wasn't even good!
