"I was in town for my birthday and wanted authentic Mexican food. We googled and found this place. The closest parking was about two blocks away and we paid $20 for the parking. After walking in we were served a water pitcher and two glasses. Both glasses had dried up food on them and the water pitcher had particles in it: I informed the waitress and she gave us plastic cups and water bottles which was perfectly fine. I then asked for a cup of ice and the ice had dried up food stuck in it. The experience was uneasy and terrible. Here are some pics below."

Sad to believe one of my favorite restaurants has gone downhill. Visited Urban Cantina a couple of days ago with a group of friends, and how many times can you screw up a meal?!! About 10 times. Food was cold , drinks were bitter, waitress brought in the wrong mixed drink to the table, and to make matters worse one of my friends meals still had the tomato produce sticker mixed in her tacos We asked to speak to a Manager/Supervisor and we were told that there was NO MANAGER/SUPERVISOR on duty. This is the last time we visit Urban Cantina!! I have visited this place for 15 years...and is absolutely out of touch with the clientele! Hope owner sees this upsetting review, so it can be turned arou...
