Whatever your concept is of gas station food, throw it out the window, and do yourself a favor and go check out Urban Counter. It's a fullblown restaurant with some of the JUCIEST not greasy! burgers I have ever had. They also serve breakfast all day, and don't even get me started on trying to describe the awesomeness of their breakfast burrito! Everything is custom made to order right in front of you while you wait. The guys who work there take a lot of pride in serving up fresh and tasty food. I only wish they were open later in the evening so I could go there for my late night cravings. Nice variety and good prices. Definitely a hidden gem!
A delightful surprise! While I was filling up my gas tank, I noticed an advertisement for Urban Counter at the pump. Instead of heading to McDonald's, I decided to take a chance and I'm so glad I did! Everything is made to order, I believe. I had mini cheeseburgers topped with ketchup and lettuce, which were quite generous in size! I also ordered the regular hand-cut fries and a chocolate strawberry shake made with real ice cream. If you're in the Wheaton area, I highly recommend stopping by! The prices are reasonable and the customer service is outstanding!
Every time I'm in here. The skinny middle aged white guy is always rude and acts like everything is an inconvenience to him. I'm sorry that you are at work and you actually have to work. Other than that I've noticed the food is super inconsistent. Definitely give this place a pass if you're considering it. Also I walked in I half hour before close and that same guy asked me what do I want because he already cleaned up everything to leave for the day. It was 3.30 pm.
Worst sandwich I’ve ever had! Next to no tuna on the tuna sandwich. The sweet potato fries looked good, but were barely even cooked. Which meant I couldn’t eat them at all. avoid this place at all costs! Terrible customer service too! They still had 30 minutes to be open for lunch. The guy at the window tells me they already started cleaning their grill, so I couldn’t order any hamburgers. Who runs a place like this? I wish I could get my money back!

Chicken sandwich was burnt to hell, Fries were embarrassingly soggy and on top of that 2 large fries for 5 1 mcdonalds medium fry, shredded cheese on the dogs were disgusting, onions were cold, I kinda knew the service I was gonna get just by how the 2 dudes working there looked, you can tell that they dont want to be there and for 19 I learned to stay away, 1st time is my last.
This restaurant is located inside a gas station. I ordered a blue cheese burger medium. They cooked the burger to a bone dry well. I ordered an extra patty for 2.50 per menu but was charged 3. However, bacon was cooked well and vegetables were fresh. The over cooked burger patties and overcharged has me not coming back. Check out the pictures below for proof.
I really liked the flavor of the Tuna and the way it was put together topping it with the Swiss cheese, pickle, tomato and red onion. There is so much to choose from and I like that it tastes homemade. I only wished they were open for dinner
This little spot is a hidden gem! The food is absolutely delicious. I had the Southern chicken sandwich, and now I feel like I have to make this place a regular stop. Don’t let them lose their charm; this place is fantastic!

her fried speck hotdog is good. more recent visits have the quality of questionable products. the speck in my turkey beef was burned over the consumption and 2 times there was in my sandwich foreign material?
The breakfast burritos are consistently delicious. I really enjoy this location, and the service is outstanding! The staff is always friendly and professional.
