We’ve eaten at Urban Grill before and the food has always been good. I guess the night stared off bad when we were seated at the last table right outside the bathrooms, something needs to be done with putting a divider, door or curtain so that you don’t have to see everyone going in and out of the bathrooms. Maybe it was because we were seated so far away from the rest of the restaurant, our server took forever to serve us so we ordered our meal at the same time we ordered drinks. As for food, my wife ordered a ribeye and I ordered the scallops. Food came and my wife’s $45 ribeye was maybe a half inch thick and was gray, my wife took one bite and it tasted spoiled. We love the food and staff just superb! The house made soups are absolutely divine. But the bar needs improvement, as it is difficult to get a drink made that is not on their limited specialty cocktail menu. There are almost no gin drinks, and very few vodka options. A premium restaurant like Urban Grill should be able to make the 50 most popular cocktails in America. What’s worse is that they adamantly refuse to alter their existing cocktails in any way, like making it with extra lemon juice or no agave nectar. I’ve had to order a club soda or a shot of lemon juice to correct my drink at the table.

The food and service were great. One of us left a pair of eyeglasses on the table and the staff member who found them quickly chased us down outside of the restaurant to give them to us. Truly appreciated! This was my first time at this restaurant and I will definitely be back!

had a great time on valentines night. It was packed and busy but we got out food fairly quickly and really enjoyed the filet and sebass that night. drinks were great and ambiance was perfect and chill.

It was Valentine’s Day and we had our fur baby with us so we sat on the patio and were the only ones outside. Service was excellent. Food was great. Definitely will go back.
