However, on my second order, which I placed with four coworkers, things went downhill fast. They messed up almost every order: three of them were missing the cheeses, one order that was supposed to be without peppers was mostly just peppers, and another order that was meant to be without onions had onions all over it. I also ordered a side of plain fries with extra garlic oil and their special seasoning, but there were only 12 fries in the container (I counted!). They were lightly salted but didn’t have any of the promised seasoning or garlic oil. At almost 40 cents per fry, that felt like a rip-off.

Easily one of the worst experiences I've had getting takeout. Website has a curbside pickup number to call when you arrive it's the wrong number. When we called to let them know we were outside, the said they'd be out. Waited 30 mins, called again and Tommy answered. Let him know we had been waiting and were doing curbside. He had a bad attitude and said they were too busy to do that when we had put curbside when we made our order. Finally got our food, and there were chunks of bone in our cheesesteaks. Between the customer service and food, I'd stay away from Urgies B water.
I truly adore Urgies! I highly recommend trying the Philly Special, the Buffalo Chicken Cheesesteak, or the Vice frozen drink, which is a delightful blend of strawberry daiquiri and piña colada—both of which they serve here. Also, their 1/2 pound burgers, made to order, are fantastic. I can't praise this place enough; everything is delicious, the staff is friendly, and the owners are wonderful. It's definitely worth a visit and a fantastic addition to our small town!
I tried the pizza steak with added onions and peppers, and it was excellent. For an appetizer, I had the cheese whiz tater tots, which were also delicious. For dessert, I enjoyed the funnel cake with ice cream; it was being served for the very first time that day. Everything was really tasty, and the outdoor seating was a nice touch!

The meat in the cheesesteak is fantastic, but the price is quite disappointing. You can get a similar, if not larger, portion of meat in a Subway sub for half the cost. It's very pricey with small portions. For $18, I expected a generously sized cheesesteak sub, but I ended up feeling let down. I would recommend saving your money.
I gave this place a second chance and was very disappointed. There were long wait times, my order was wrong, there were shortages in my order, and some items were overcooked. I won't be returning.
Had a nice on the way home visit. I think I was the only customer initially, but Georgie and Ashlynn (apologies for mis-spellings) were attentive and fun to talk to. Definitely be back.
The food is tasty and piping hot, service is fast and friendly, and the atmosphere is comfortable and laid back as well as kid friendly. Will definitely come again
