Its people that don't know how to eat and they don't care if food is fresh or not but I do know how to eat good food and I know when food is fresh this place charge pretty expensive for a rooster chicken and claim to be fresh when is not my husband just when inside thinking the chicken was as the person inside the restaurant claim to be fresh,we have guests who was coming to eat a old Nasty horrible chicken cold hard like a rock and horrible flavor they need to cook better oh close the restaurant am pretty upset ? don't said something is fresh when is not, and they warm up a old dry nasty chicken to sale it and the price is to much for something that only a animal eat because they dont know...
Apparently this place is not respectful to you if you dont speak spanish. I called to ask about something on the menu because I want to place a large order for a party, but the guy who answered did not understand what I was asking. Instead of asking the manager to help me or maybe another staff member who understands more english, he hang up the phone on me saying he cant hear me. I think oh, maybe the connection for my phone is bad, so I call again. He puts my call to voicemail 7 times in a row!!! Wow, have been going here for years and this is how you treat me. Dont answer the phone if you are not bilingual, and if you dont understand ask the manager to help. Very bad service.
This is about as authentic as it gets in a warm and cozy environment.We stumbled upon this place on Google Maps and walked in on a Friday night at 6:30. The place was half full but lively.We ordered fish ceviche which is amazing. A beef stew with a salsa verde on it and a 1/2 steak. It all came with rice beans, salad and fries. Everything total was under $100.Oh, and you have to try the sweet tamale for dessert.
Great food, great service, when i went there was not gratuity included… but the menu does state that they may add gratuity for some tables and on certain holidays. The menu is clear about this, so there’s no reason to be surprised if it does happen.Also, hot sauce for the table cost us only 50 cents, not $5 like a previous reviewer claimed. We’ve been here many times and always have a great experience!

It had soooo much pepper, the sad part is that is usually good. This time you could see so many dark dots from the pepper and they didn even care!!! They are falling off. Shame.
Before the green sauce was free... today they charge almost 5 dollars and it is not the same sauce.. The tip charge is abusive, bad-tempered waiters... I WILL NOT RETURN...

Food is good and great options. On the more expensive side. The service and attention definitely needs more work, plus they already include the tip in the bill.
