I have been dining at Uva Rossa for 2.5 years and I must say, the food prepared by Antonio is exquisite and delicious. It truly feels like I am back in Italy when I eat his dishes. Fernando, the manager, is incredibly kind and always goes the extra mile to ensure our satisfaction. Our waiter, Miguel, is attentive and remembers our drink preferences as soon as we walk in. The service at Uva Rossa is top-notch. If you haven't tried it yet, you are truly missing out!
This is a lovely old world Italian restaurant that reminds of another time. It was a snowy day and the restaurant wasn't crowded for lunch, but the food was great. The bread was fresh and delicious. The homemade minestrone was light and fragrant. The shrimp were excellent. It was my girlfriend's birthday, and our waiter, on his own initiative, brought a delicious dessert with a message in chocolate. We will come back in any case.
The food was very tasty. I recommend the Parmigiano veal. Our server was personable and helpful with the menu. Since it was NYE, I was nervous about the seats available, but my wife and I were in a cabin that was comfortable enough for two other guests. The prices were very reasonable, but the food didn't suffer. All around a great experience and a great, unpretentious neighborhood restaurant.
Great food and service. Very friendly staff and very accommodating for our two children. We all ate until we were full and went into our pockets with two more meals worth of food. Great neighborhood restaurant and good Italian food. This is one of our top favorite restaurants! The food is fresh and unique, and the service is exceptional. Emily is our favorite bartender, and the atmosphere is lively and celebratory. We always feel special whenever we dine here.
I haven't been back in a few years. I wanted a comfortable place to spend an evening with friends. Reminds of Via Veneto ... and it didn't disappoint! Cool, comfortable and the food was wonderful! We will come back!
Pleasantly surprised that this great restaurant was open on New Year's Day! Even more surprised that they had a zucchini spaghetti dish on special - yummy! And ... panna cotta !!! Yum!
