I've been having a taste for Thai food and a specific dish but none of the Thai restaurants around the area has it. I ordered the spicy Basil medium spicy because I saw that ground chicken was an option...for $1 extra. I've been having a taste for it so I went for it. The ground chicken was not ground chicken. It looked like pieces of chicken that were chopped up finely into smaller pieces. Did I really just pay $1 extra for that? Ugh. The food was good and a good portion. I was just disappointed in the misleading menu and having to pay extra for something that I didn't actually get was upsetting.
We enjoyed dining in at V Thai tonight. The food was delicious and the service very nice. We ordered vegetable tempura appetizer, it was probably the best tempura we've had. Fresh cooked perfectly. Also liked the basil chicken, red curry, pad see ew. Happy that they have expanded hours.
The food tasted great, but the portion size is so small. The containers they served in were not even half way full. The price does not reflect the quantity. It’s a shame because it was good. But will not be ordering from them again.
