today the gop varieté in bremen was announced again on the program “KARUSSELL”. “Bar, lounge restaurant das vaivai combines Italian rural cuisine with urban design and a relaxed, lively atmosphere. our kitchen is characterized by a high quality of the products and yet uncomplicated presentation of the food. we offer an extensive wine-champagner card. “A table was reserved for us, but had to be cleaned and covered. in service the man imagined himself as a jan, responsible for everything in our table. it followed the menus for us. 4 people sat on the table. Drinks were asked before, then followed our orders. tartare di manzo con panna tatar from the bark with basilikum sauce, confiert kirschto...

on the occasion of a birthday we were on 27.10 in vai vai, had booked early enough to get a table on the weser side, which was also confirmed by a very friendly lady. we have a small side table, you can also call it catzentisch. we then spoke the damm from the service and had to answer, we had reserved ourselves only 10 days ago, and by the way, we could also see the one from here. Before we recovered from our speechlessness, the situation was saved by a worker in whom he asked us to wait 5 minutes, it would be a free one. I have to say, totally overestimated that price performance is simply not right. a steak for 30, euro lovable on a mere dish served without deko only does not go, the eye...

in relation to vai vai I can only report so well. the environment is absolutely great, I like the industrial design. the chairs I find a bit unpleasant, but the whole flair is great. the kitchen is located in the middle of the restaurant, so they can observe the chef while cooking. the menu is well equipped and the staff very accommodating. the quality is great. for the first time, I had a frying beef, it was medium-drenched and so tender that it could almost be shared with the fork. also at midday there were black steak with self-made pommes, I can only say positiw. best to try yourself.

our desire to sit on the window was observed, that we found very attentive. the ambiente was very pleasant, in between a little loud, but still okay. the service lady was very attentive and always at the place when you needed something. in between, a little often was asked by various waitress if everything was okay, maybe better to talk about who now takes care of the table, otherwise you are too often torn out of the conversation. otherwise it was a very nice and delicious evening. we were meeting friends to eat. beautiful ambiente, all through friendly staff and fantastic eating. we had ordered everything steak and each different stages. at everyone it was cooked as desired on the spot! both appetizer, main course and dessert were very tasty, were served without long waiting times and friendly. only the price was not without, however we had also eaten and drunk and good food must not be cheap.

the vaivai can convince with a very modern and stylish design. certainly not every taste, but we were thrilled. the kitchen could convince us completely. the pizza and pasta dishes were freshly prepared and also very tasty. the waiting time was pretty clear. the price-performance ratio is very good and therefore a clear recommendation.
