My husband and I went to Valente's for his birthday dinner. From the reviews I read, I expected it to be good. I have to say it was sublime. There is a lot of love and work that goes into the food. Everything is fresh... it has to be because they are so small there is not freezer space to buy in bulk! We had the octopus and mussels to start, shared a fresh made pasta dish with truffles, and he had the steak and I had the pork chop for entrees. I never knew that a pork chop could be so amazing... polenta with mascarpone, cherry and fig glaze... unbelievable. Come here. Eat, drink and forget about the world for a few hours. I'm coming back with all of my besties.
We’ve tried to get in a few times but they are always so busy. And now we know why. The food was absolutely outstanding from the Buratta appetizer to the pasta dishes and the filet mignon that was cooked perfectly. The service matched the quality of the food. The waiter and busboy was very friendly and accommodating and Raj, the GM, walked the room and chatted with guests to make sure everything was going well. We will definitely be back!
Our first time at Valente's and overall dishes were delicious. My only complaint was the veal chop. When charging $44 I expect a rib chop and was disappointed that it was not what the restaurant decided to serve. Also, the meat was tough and grisly. Frankly, the prawns that accompanied the chop were far superior to the veal. Otherwise, our friends and I had a positive experience and will probably go again.
In our return to Valente’s the food was spectacular just as our first visit. Ahi tuna app and charred octopus was amazing. Love the switch to prix frixe for weekends. Menu was perfect and great flavors in every course. Highly recommend but courtyard dining in summer will be nice.

This was our first time at this restaurant and it was very excellent. Food was unique, delicious, and served at the proper temperature for every course. The service was outstanding and the pace was nearly perfect. A great night out.
Food and service was absolutely amazing. I am normally not a huge fan of pre-fixe menus due to limited options, however, this was BY FAR the best restaurant i've ever eaten at. The food was absolutely incredible.
The restaurant has an intimate atmosphere with beautifully decorated tables. The service was very efficient, and the menu offered a variety of choices for each course. The dining experience was extraordinary!
