We’ve been here twice and each time has been better than the last. It takes us over about hour and a half to get to Valente’s and it doesn’t even matter because it’s that good. To give you portion context, there were three of us and we ordered all but two menu items and shared them. I would suggest ordering everything you want and having it boxed up if you don’t finish it because you won’t want to miss out on an item! This happened to us the first time where we got one item from the Overture and one item from the Aria and wished we’d ordered more. This time we did not make that mistake and it was well worth it! The service was a little bit slow but honestly it was really busy for a Saturday...
A couples night out in downtown Haddonfield surprised me. Our first time at Valente's was as good a meal as I have eaten in anyone of 80+ countries I have visited, including Italy-Rome/Venice/Milano/Naples, etc. Attention to detail in service is superb. Presentation of courses was professional. Tastes were alive! I have found a gem in my backyard. What a wonderful surprise!
Valente's Pasta is an instant classic reminiscent of my own Sicilian grandmother. The pasta was hearty and doughy in the best possible way while the sauce was light and fresh. It was as if I could taste the vine of the tomatoes. 10/10 would eat again. My grandma would be proud, and would also make me feel guilty for not being able to make pasta this good myself!
The owner believes that this restaurant is a tribute to the matriarchs of his family, and he certainly makes them proud. However, I can't highly recommend Valente. It's amazing, wonderful, and full of soul.

I really enjoyed the Dream Cannoli (or should I say Italian dessert taco??)! It was top-notch in both quality and flavor.
Love the food. Makes me miss Nonna DeGisi and her pasta. Try this company and you will be thrilled with your dinner.
