Valentina's - Table reservation

This is a conflicted review as iv had a mixed experience there. The food itself was great and close to some of the best new Mexican food ive had in Santa Fe. I ordered the breakfast burrito with chorizo and let me tell you, the red chili had a wonderful heat and a full bodied and hearty flavor while the green chili was acidic but not overwhelming and in combination played well together. The potatoes where cooked wonderfully and were seasoned just right and really took the chili flavor and ran with it to the moon. Unfortunately, maybe the waiter didn't hear or maybe there was a shortage they didn't tell me about, there was barely to no chorizo in the burrito. Once i got halfway through i star...

We ordered . We got them but no tequila in their margaritas. We asked that they take them back. They refused and charged us full price. $8.00+. We paid and left. Did not even wait for the food. I have been around the world and this was the worst dining experience ever. No, we did not touch the fake margaritas. So we paid for air and a lousy establishment

11/10. Came here after a long work day in Santa Fe and will absolutely return when I'm in the area I cannot recommend it enough the staff is great the bathrooms are clean and smell nice and the whole place is decorated really uniquely and it's a great atmosphere. Great food too I got a stuffed sopapiia and it was one of the best I've ever had

SO for one the staff was really great and attentive....but the food. The food was not all that and was too expensive for what you got. I ordered the stuffed sopa and it was eh. They gave me the smallest sides of beans and rice and just wasn't what I was hoping it would be like.

The staff is so nice! The food is always good! The menu is full of different options it keeps you coming back!
