The restaurant and restrooms are clean, and the food was prepared to our liking—fresh and delicious! However, our waiter seemed eager to leave, which felt a bit off, especially since it was 1:40 p.m. I am updating my review following a prompt and professional request for more information from management. This shows that Valley Lodge Restaurant genuinely cares about its customers and employees. As we suspected, our server was just having a tough moment. I really liked the atmosphere I felt very at home and the food was on a finer level. One waitress stood out as excellent the name was Bri. It was her enthusiasm for accepting the finer points of conversation and introducing positive service which made the experience whole and superior to what I’ve seen in that downtown area.
Service and courtesy are top-notch by the employees. The food is top quality, humongous portions and tastes great too... This place will satisfy your Tummy in a nice little friendly atmosphere.. I give Valley lodge 5 star plus AAA rating..
