I recently walked by and decided to go in. Around lunchtime. Only a 1/4 full. Wonder why? Sat down and read menu. Noticed that many items are up to $5 MORE EXPENSIVE on average than other eateries in Melb. Ahaaa... Now that's why this place was only a 1/4 full! The prices are overpriced. This place needs to drop their prices and get in touch with the real world out there otherwise they'll continue getting a drop in customers. Bowl of chips $11. C'mon.. the average elsewhere is $7. They were NO different to chips elsewhere. Regardless if fat chips or fries. $11 is totally unacceptable. Coffee $4.20. the name of the restaurant is exactly how the eating tasted. vanilla. cons authentic Greek dessert was so sweet and the baked had no beautiful texture. very disappointing taste after the look looked so appetit on Greek salat is a sweat. only a little salate, block of feta cheese with little to no sauce in a small part that is overpriced. expects some exciting halloumi chips with honey powdered, completely overkill otherwise ok of baked teller moussaka. that is quite a bland lasagna Greek grated meat was a little underwhelming, but ok pros presentation with all desserts are very aesthetically very comfortable friends and family food...read more
the service was beautiful and they were always friendly when they served the food and drink. the atmosphere was very beautiful and it was interesting, they have a vanilla lounge for parties. the cakes were very nice and tasty. the drinks were glacial and cold. the food I ate was the baked cheesecake and it was crispy, crispy, smooth and light. it was clean and tidy, and many people came to sit at the tables and order some food and drinks. there was a mix when we paid the bill, but she was nice. all the same are worth a visit because it is possible to reach near the railway station oakleigh and a short walk.
horrible coffee, had a big soy flat white extra strong was very expensive compared to anywhere I was, and I was in whole melbourne trying different caffes. they do not seem to know how to make coffee, since someone who studied coffee, there was a lot of microbubbly, very bubbly and tasted like tellerseife. as a coffee critic myself, I would avoid this place if they love a good quality coffee. cherry

Everything looked very pretty in the glass counter. I shared a Galaktoboureko, very rich and not too sweet. Too bad I was too full to try many. Took home my personal favorite KOULOURAKIA as souvenir. The ambience is inviting and warm, great for anything after your dinner.

my favourite place for coffee, cake, dinner or lunch. I wouldn't go anywhere else! frappe and fredo cappuccino is the best in melbourne. highly recommended!
