Went here with my daughter and wife last Friday evening really just expecting par for the course burgers etc.The burgers here are to die for, above all the beef is exquisitely tender and so tasty you can tell it's not just an ordinary burger.The taste is well above the norm as is the presentation.....this really is pseudo - american burger heaven.Even the local firemen were onto it.As a side dish I had Devil Wings which are basically extremely hot chilli chicken wings...I rate them at about 60 out of 10 for hottness and the staff take a strange pride in seeing customers "cry" due to the chilli...( possibly ghost chilli)In a way I guess it means they have done a good job with the preparation....
Went here after hearing good things.I consider myself a bit of a burger man as I make my own on a regular basis and am very critical about ones I have eating out.I made the mistake of ordering the chicken and pineapple burger which was very very good but when I tried my girlfriends cheeseburger deluxe I was very jealous.This burger was amazing. The sauce is incredible and the patty nice and crumbly which to me says its made well and not a lump of rubber like other establishments.Chips were very well seasoned but didn't really enjoy the chips with cheese, beans and jalepenos. But hey that's ok......I will be back as this place is the best burger I have tried in Perth outside my own kitchen.
Located a short stroll from Perth CBD Varsity Burgers are definitely worth the walk, a funky lil burger joint can be found, with music playing, spotlessly clean with outdoor seating areas as well as indoors, the staff are friendly, fast & efficient, the orders come very quickly even though Varsity is busy. Highly recommended if you feel like a fresh hot burger that tastes amazing, loaded with crisp fresh salad, and the burgers are quite Big & Very filling.
Called to order a pick up as needed to be quick getting home and waited an extra 20 mins on arrival only to be told that they had "lost our ticket" so had to wait another 10 mins. No apologies!
I would honestly say that I would prefer to eat a McDonald's burger (I ordered the Trifecta which was sloppily constructed and the sauce had no flavour), but the chips were great chips. I must say, I don't think I would eat there again.

My partner and I came here for Sun lunch, and it was delish. My tupac burger was yum, with a nice big chunk of chicken. Nachos were pretty good, and yummo. Gluten free friendly with menu labels, friendly service. Inside area was a bit noisey and average decor, but outside area would be good on a summer day.
Had been going here for years and went back yesterday after quite some time. I was very disappointment! I don't know what they have done but my meat was rock hard and over cooked! The quality of meat cut or mix was not the same as I remember & sloppy chips! I miss the old Varsity bar
