I waited for 4 and a half hours for my loading process. The dock worker informed me that the load was ready on the dock, but they were waiting for Quality Assurance to approve it. During this time, 13 trucks came and went. I went inside to inquire about the delay, but they refused to provide any information.
4 1/2 hours to load. Dock worker said load was on the dock to be loaded, but they had to wait for QA to sign off on it. Meanwhile 13 trucks came and went. Went in and asked what the hold up was, they wouldn't tell me anything.
I had an appointment at 10 AM but arrived at 7:45 AM. I received the paperwork at 8:45 AM. Overall, it wasn't a bad experience, but there was no parking available in the area.
Beginners should not go here.Too many trucks at the same time.There is no place to legally park and check in.I advise you to move your tandems back. Book a table now
Don’t work here. You’ll just get played and get fired within 3 months and they won’t even tell you.They’ll let the agency do all the dirty work
Fast loading and easy in and out. Arrived 4 hrs early and was loaded and on the road within 25 min from the time I got there and checked in.
