Arrival: Plenty of parking spaces, although hidden, easy to find thanks to perfect signage. Tesla charger. Restaurant: great historical space. Although very large, there is no hall effect as it is divided into many areas. Service: Competent (also able to provide information if you have any questions), vif, cheerful, funny and fun, quick service. Cuisine: All Graubünden specialties in a trilogy, innovative lamb tower, double knuckle, but also classics and fish. Good mix of classic and innovative. Quality of meat and fish very good, perfectly cooked. This place is not exactly super hip so I was surprised to find three vegan dishes including a Swiss specialty (chopped meat with rösti). No marked starters or desserts, though. Updated from previous review on 2019-09-03
