Great local cuisine and amazing location. However, really unfriendly and grim employees. It felt like we were disturbing. We could see some tables that were also annoying. It took 45 minutes to get someone's attention and easy order, although they were just a few tables full inside and the terrace was half empty. others minus, they only accept cash.

Lost in a very remote place, this could be a paradise. After we passed on the booking for a table in the only cozy place of this restaurant, we (as everyone, the day) were in a corner of a loud room, aluminum, glass round, very far from the idea that you have a Basque House where you can expect wooden beams and stone walls.

We went there after a little walk in the beautiful basqueland (my family go there often but for me it was the first time) and I was really pleased with my lunch. The food is simple but the quality is high. The service was efficient and the prices very good.Well done.

Great food and nice clean dormitory for hikers on the GR10. Also very popular at lunchtime with people from everywhere. Only by Col d'veaux
