Been coming here for 25 years, it does vary, sometimes very good others not so good. We went on a Sunday night and it was almost empty! Service is never the best, the waiters look grumpy, (they always have. But on the whole you wont go far wrong if you order something from the BBQ. We had garlic soup to start, (its a big portion with an egg floating in it! Followed by Veal kebab to share, (the portions are huge. All very nice, if there is a place to refuse bread this is it, (unless you are very hungry!
Family meal. Plenty of tables without a booking. The starter was expensive but very large and lovely enough for 4 to share at 15 euros. Main courses were steaks and meat skewers which were excellent. The meat is cooked on a BBQ which gives the food a great flavour. If you do not eat meat this is not the place for you. Otherwise I will recommend. Total bill was 140 euros for 4 adults and a child including drinks.
Don’t be put off by negative reviews from 2019. Have passed this place so many times and not gone in because it looks empty. Decided to go at 9pm thinking it would be busier, but this is frequented by locals who arrive even later so if you want more atmosphere come late! The service was really friendly and efficient and the food was delicious. Great range of BBQ meats and tapas. Would definitely go again.
Excellent food, with a variety of choices. Staff is very friendly and makes sure you have everything. We have been here many times and are never disappointed. Also, we take our family and guests there when they visit.
