restaurant located in an old house of desserts of the s. xvii. Mediterranean cuisine (with sea or mountain as they say) a different site that deserves the visit. it is expensive, but in the menu they have some affordable dishes that make a meal at the reach of the most modest pockets. rustic and traditional decoration, a little recharged. also if you go with children will thank you for the visit, as they were pumped with the burritos (no, it is not Mexican cuisine, I mean those of the truth.) autovia Madrid-Valencia, exit salesmine km 311 sense madrid, km 306 sense valencia.
The best thing about this restaurant is the environment. a typical Valencian barge with very characteristic decoration of the area. to the router restaurant there are still farm animals like hens, sheep, etc. that give the restaurant a rural air. have a tasting menu not too expensive and very complete with typical products of the Valencian garden.
