at the arrival was the greeting more of a interrogation so, did they book señor? we had booked and patiently waited while we float in the bar area. we were then interviewed by two other employees at different times to ask if we have booked while we were left behind. Finally we sat and placed our beverage order with the loudly transmitted male. we waited and waited while two other employees came to different times to ask if we wanted to order drinks? it does not seem that there are any organization that includes tables, among which workers. rather chaotic with the loud male screaming to younger employees, which is an unpleasant culinary experience. the restaurant was busy and extremely loud....
I've been a couple of times over the years with invitations for meal and I just find it underwhelming. this last visit on a Wednesday night was more of the same with not the largest service and the lack of lust and food. sautéed mushrooms with red paprika was really blande and the main meal of black milanese after the Bland theme. I had really better to house that tends in restaurants like these, and why do Italian restaurants like these pay more for meat dishes than anywhere else if they do nothing special to him.
was not here for years, so interested to see what has changed! the lunch menu was a good one with a lot of choice. the service of a coworker was bad, however, he bothered us by removing the glasses, then clearing the plates away before all the diners were finished! he then said that we had to get our desserts as more out than funeral celebration! his colleague, however, said that this was not the case that our party desserts could have coffee. our pleasant lunch had been totally ruined!
at the first visit this restaurant it was nice! my partner was consecrated by the amazing service we received from franco! what a special guy he is! very attentively friendly! 10/10 for food service. we will definitely return.
