Vertus, Chef Mitsuru Yanase's small restaurant, which advocates a certain ethic of life for well-being, is not missing! The frame is intimate, almost ascetic, but we feel good. The tables are spacious enough and comfortable chairs. Beautiful Perceval knives promise an effective cut of meat, because we are there for that; Mitsuru Yanase dedicated his cuisine to the preparation of excellence of subtle, rare or maturation flesh (see the three at a time; It's beautiful, perfectly executed, remarkable cooking and you're just enjoying yourself. We came here for a festive birthday lunch and we were absolutely spoiled. Each dish of the tasting menu was delicious and very well executed and served. We tasted delicious wines.
