This is my favorite pizzeria in the Bay area. I’ve visited here countless times when I was living in Redwood City. Now I live about 30 mins away and I continously come back to Redwood City just to eat at Vesta. This is truly a Redwood City gem. My to-go menus are honey and sausage pizza, mushroom toasts, and affogatto. Extremely friendly staff, vibrant and cozy ambience, and awesome food; what more can you ask from restaurant? Do yourself a favor and treat yourself a slice of sausage and honey pizza and thank me later ;
I had ordered from Vesta before during the start of the pandemic and it was my first time visiting. It was even better in person! They have a covered heated area in the back with poinsettias and lights which made for a lovely ambience day after Christmas. We ordered ricotta toast, mushroom toast, arugula salad, roasted cauliflower, burrata basil pizza and spicy vegan pizza along with freshly squeezed orange juice. With the exception of spicy vegan pizza, I loved all of the other items. We’ll be back again for more!
Amazing pizza!! They have good vegetarian options. We tried their spicy pesto and it was sooo good. The pizza crust was perfect and the toppings were of the right amount. We also got their cauliflower appetizer which had almonds and raisins with some sweet sauce. Add some chilli flakes to it and you'll have a delicious sweet and spicy appetizer. Definitely gonna revisit. Also, their patio seating is gorgeous!
One of the best pizza places! We were surprised by the pizza quality. The pizza dough is thin and the tomato sauce is perfect! The overall taste is balanced and the toppings are not overwhelmed by the sauce or the other way around. The price is also reasonable, so I would highly recommend this place for an attempt.

Great service and great food. For two people I recommend the meatballs with a side of bread a pizza of you choice. I only have a picture of the Sausage Honey pizza. Sound weird, but it's great
Outstanding cauliflower starter. Not fried but baked and seared. Sweet and salty. Pizza was very good. Crust was soft and thin. I expected more crispy, but as it was it was very good.
You gotta try their mushroom toast. I order it with soup and turn it into a marriage. Pizzas are great. But be careful you can get full from the meatballs and mushrooms apps.
Omg. Honey sausage pizza is amazing!!! My husband and I are addicted! Also their appetizers are great too. Definitely we go back here soon!!!

Fantastic food and service. Keep in mind they do not allow reservations, and their seating fills up really quick for dinner.
Great vibe great food went on a company event and their pizzas were amazing. FYI no liquor license pre-game...LOL
