we were in the city for a class that was held in the hotel near laguardia. originally we wanted to go to manhattan, but our opinion changed after we saw how long the taxi ride would be. determined to get on opentable and see what was close. so happy that we made it! vesta was absolutely wonderful from the beginning to the end. if we have the opportunity to go back in the future, we will not pass on it. highly recommended!
I had an excellent time at this restaurant! Being Italian, I was searching for authentic Italian cuisine in Astoria and this place truly exceeded my expectations. The orecchiette was incredibly tasty and the servings were plentiful. The dessert cake we enjoyed was among the best I've had in a while. The staff was also very warm and hospitable. I highly recommend this restaurant.
As good as it gets for any price but this place is a great value anyways. Food is top level but at the same time you don't feel like your in a snooty pretentious restaurant. So worth the visit
