I visited Via entertainment over the weekend with my son and his friend as well as another adult. Children are 10 and 8. We visited for them and they absolutely loved it. My friend has an all you can play type card so the boys were able to just go hog wild and play everything they wanted, with the caveat that only 4 games each could actually win tickets. My sons favorite game was Injustice because it was fun and you got a DC comic trading card with each game. I haven’t been to an arcade in years and this was a cool new feature of winning cards. Overall we stayed for about 2 and a half hours. The games I remember were Jurassic Park, Walking Dead, Skeeball, basketball games, knock over the clo...
Update: A manager quickly got involved and took care of the situation. They explained exactly what happened and why it happened. The food was absolutely wondeful. Because of the misunderstanding, I will be returning. It’s a great atmosphere for kids and adults. I appreciate the customer service from the managers and the staff for making the situation right. Don’t go here if you’re hungry. I waited over an hour for chicken wings and a grilled cheese sandwich...how hard is that to cook? Over an hour later, I was told there was a printer problem in the kitchen and they are just putting the food in.....thanks for letting me know.....over an HOUR later. We had a great time! The restaurant is very kid-friendly, with plenty of gaming options. The only problem we encountered was that one of the cashiers was rude and displayed racist behavior towards us. However, another staff member came to help us, and after that, everything went smoothly. The rest of the staff was fantastic—super friendly and did their jobs well.
The new arcade is cleaner than before. The one down side was that several virtual games were not working.
