The Crab Rangoon is fantastic, along with the General Tso's Chicken and Sesame Chicken. The egg rolls are also excellent; they're light but filled with just the right amount of tender reddish meat (possibly pork?) combined with all the other ingredients that make for a perfect egg roll. In my new neighborhood, I’ve only come across celery rolls masquerading as egg rolls—yuck! Overall, everything I've tried here has been cooked to perfection, never overcooked or tough.
