Unfassbar gut! Wir hatten das Glück, in vielen hervorragenden Restaurants zu essen, aber das hier Gebotene toppt alles! Vom ersten kleinen Happen über komplexe Vorspeisen, den Hauptgang zum Schwärmen bis zu kleinen Pralinés zum Café ist jeder Bissen exemplarisch und man weiß, besser wird es im Leben nicht mehr! Was Herr Bau mit seinem Team auf die Beine stellt, sucht seinesgleichen. Alles geht Hand in Hand und man kann als Gast nicht anders, als sich wohl zu fühlen.
