Unbelievable! We were lucky to eat in many excellent restaurants, but the bids here tops everything! From the first little bite to complex appetizers, the main course to swarm up to small chocolates to the café, every bite is exemplary and you know better it will no longer be better in life!What Mr. Bau puts on his feet with his team is looking for equal. Everything goes hand in hand and as a guest you can not feel differently than being comfortable. I just notice that I've never kept a wine card in my hand. That would be just a hindrance. You talk to Ms. Mann about what you imagine and just let her do. Every sip of wine that she inspires is perfect and a delight.And the new restaurant manag...
Actually, we'd done the Star Kitchen many years ago, but. After the show by Hanger 7, Salzburg, where Mr. Bau Gastkoch was, we were so excited that we wanted to see him. Thankfully we have a table today. From the table reservation to the reception in the restaurant were all super friendly, fully competent and relaxed. We had the menu Paris- Tokyo with 14 courses! After the first six passages we were very satisfied, but from the seventh passage the menu was from another planet. Thanks to Christian Bau and his team, they presented us with such a beautiful and relaxed day. No more, no less and really without words. We will definitely come back as soon as the next menu is announced!
Gastronomic pilgrimage Since My wife and I are active in the gastronomy, Mr. Bau has been known to us for a long time and we have long wanted to visit his restaurant.
