It's unfortunate that I can't rate this place lower than one star. They excel at failing in their primary job of making and delivering pizza. My online order indicated it was delivered to their own business address, so I waited an extra 20 minutes, hoping not to miss the delivery driver. When I arrived at the store, I received a call to inform me that the pizza had arrived. It was a simple miscommunication, and I'm glad I called to check on my order, but nobody answered the phone. Overall, it was a frustrating experience, and I won't be ordering from here anytime soon.
I used to order from Vidaros regularly when it was still Ninas, but lately, things have been declining. One night, they forgot half of our order, which I assumed was just a mistake, so I called them and they fixed it. However, two weeks later, our order was over an hour late. When we called for an update, we were told that the driver was out and there was nothing they could do. It was a terrible experience! I won’t be ordering from them again. It’s really disappointing to see this place deteriorate so quickly.
I ordered from this restaurant for the first time on November 9, 2018, and got delivery from the new Carbondale location. I had a large extra cheese pizza and a side of wing bites. The hot wing bites had a surprisingly sweet flavor; there was definitely sugar in the sauce, and they weren’t spicy at all. As for the pizza... it didn’t turn out well for me. All the cheese slid into one corner of the box (check out the pictures). I regret not checking it before I tipped the delivery girl $4.
The restaurant was quite dirty on the inside, and the staff seemed unhappy. They forgot one of my orders, which forced me to return. The quality of the food has declined over the past few months—the wings were tough, and the buffalo sauce was thin and lacking flavor. They really need to make some changes quickly. I couldn't even finish my dinner during my last visit. I won’t be dining there again anytime soon.

I'm hooked on the mild wing bites at this restaurant. The price is fantastic, and the portion sizes are generous—unless you’re forced to share, which I absolutely won’t do! I haven't tried anything else on the menu because I can't seem to resist those amazing wing bites, but I plan to explore the rest of the offerings soon and will provide an update. As for the service, I opted for takeout.
I walked in and ordered an Italian hoagie. The restaurant was clean, the staff was extremely friendly, and my order was ready in under 10 minutes. The roll had a nice crust on the outside while being soft on the inside, and the sandwich was generously filled. I would definitely return to try something else. Service: Takeout Meal type: Lunch
Staff very friendly! Food was very good! I have had take out and I have it door dashed! Either way it’s hot and delicious!! Wings, pizza it didn’t matter I have not had one thing here I didn’t like!
