i was very curious about Vietnam in Paris after passing it a few times, there’s a few other interesting small restaurants in the neighborhood with more ambitious appearance that attracted me but after eyeing the menus and trying another restaurant one night I thought I should give VIP a try, after all it’s exactly the kind of food I love, plantbased with Asian flavours. I came here with my husband and we struggled to order with a nut allergy and language barrier. The food was delicious, however, my food first came out with nuts in and then my revised food came out, I had an allergic reaction and had to leave half way through and we paid for the food in full even though we didn’t finish but they didn’t understand why we had to leave
If you’re a looking for a cosy, veggie and happy place, you’d probably check this restaurant out. The cook is a pearl with her smile assuring all dishes are freshly prepared by her own hands. There’s no AC, which could be hard in these sunny and stuffy parisian days, but that was not enough to make us change our mind. Everything was just delicious!
A nice discovery! This place has a lovely menu of vegan Vietnam dishes. I had news as a starter, and then the Pho which brought me back to Vietnam. Deserts are unusual, and very Vietnamese too! The prices are right, and the service is friendly. Interior is contemporary, and nothing posh. All in all a lovely recommended place1
