Das Fleisch-Fondue hier ist ausgezeichnet. Das Fleisch wird in hauchdünnen Scheiben serviert, die man dann in einer lecker gewürtzten Suppe gart. Dazu gibts köstliche Soßen und solide Pommes. Besonders hervorzuheben ist meiner Meinung nach die Atmosphäre. Gemütlicher und familiärer geht es kaum. Man sollte allerdings ein wenig Französisch sprechen, da Deutsch oder Englisch nur bedingt verstanden wird.Perfekt für einen gemütlichen Abend nach dem Ski-Fahren.
Percorrendo una strada buia in mezzo alla neve abbiamo visto un cartello: chez edit . Incuriositi abbiamo percorso un breve sentierino in mezzo alla neve e ci siamo trovati davanti ad una tipica casetra di montagna! Siamo stati accolti da una cucina suoerlativa e dalla gebtilezza della simpaticissima Edith! Locale piccolo ma proprio per questo accogliente e familiare! Stupendo e romanticissimo!!! Mirko Natalie
We visited at the end of April 2023. The weather was inclement, however, the welcome could not have been warmer. We were greeted at the door. Our dog was very welcome and found a nice spot by the fire. The menu is not extensive, but the quality is excellent and excellent value. The owners were welcoming and couldn't do more to make us enjoy our lunch. We will definitely be back.
Toprestaurantje waar je onterecht zo zou voorbijrijden. voor de optimale gezellige ervaring kan je vragen om in de aparte 'hokjes ' te zitten. zeer gezellig en een speciale ervaring. De forellen zijn er vers en het typisch Zwitsers eten is er subliem. In de zomer is er een mooi terras. Enige nadeel is dat je er met de auto moet geraken. Vrij ver van het centrum.
