Very nice concept, very nice products to discover (wine, beer, alcohol, terrines, etc.). A different meal/dining formula each day offered by the chef with fresh and local products. To discover where to redo without moderation.

A great choice of wine and very good advice. Never disappointed. On the kitchen side, I highly recommend. I go regularly and the dishes and desserts are always refined and delicious.
