I never usually leave reviews, but I feel particularly motivated after my experience at villa marina. My girlfriend ordered the chicken and chorizo paella and I ordered pizza. Unfortunately the chicken in the paella wasn’t right, it was crunchy chewy and rubbery. It was inedible. I told the waitress that it wasn’t right and asked if it had been cooked properly, I was told that that is how the chicken is, if it wasn’t cooked it would be pink and I should Google it. She did offer to give us another paella meal, but she said it would be the same as that is what the chicken is like. She was very defensive and unapologetic which lead us to leave it and just not eat the chicken as we did not want...
Lovely little place with more seats upstairs. Glad to see gluten free options. Bear in mind if you want to have gluten free bread and pasta, they would cost extra from £1 to 1.50) . The starters were very good. The mushroom starter was good but a bit tad sour to my liking. The gluten free bread was surprisingly springy. Super tasty. I had the vogole pasta for main. The flavour was good but too salty for me. There was a combination of tin clams and precooked white clams. I kind of expected it, but it would be nice to have fresh clams. Probably the best Italian in Caernarfon. Dietary restrictions: Gluten free options
Had a fabulous meal here at the Villa Marina. Lovely to find somewhere nice that offers a choice of gluten free on the menu, they even had gluten free desserts, but i was too full from the main meal. Staff are lovely and very knowledgeable. Well worth a visit if you are in Caernarfon
Staying in Caernarfon for work and was recommended this gem by a colleague who lives locally. Can't compliment it enough it was deeelish. I had lasagne and a bowl of homemade chips and I will definitely be returning this week and the next 3 weeks. Staff were attentive and pleasant. Book a table now
Fantastic food, lovely feel to the place and staff were friendly. Represented good quality food, yummy and served really nicely. Nice menu catering for all. We didn't have a great experience food wise in Caernarfon but this proved to be the exception. Thank you

Great food. Lasagne and Parmesan truffle fries are amazing. Loved the cheesecake but would love to have seen tiramisu on the menu, would Definately return again. Book a table now
Lovely homely restaurant with kind and attentive staff and great food all round. Unfortunately so full from the generous mains we didn't have room for desert
