We didn't have a reservation since we arrived in Paris late and was the first nice place we saw that evening. They were fully booked, but they managed to welcome us. I'm not familiar with Korean cooking, so all I can say is that it tasted very good (Boeuf sauté and sweet and sour chicken, with rice and different vegetables) and everyone that catered our table was very friendly, even if we had trouble in communicating (we don't speak a lot of french and they don't speak a lot of english). We tried the beer, that was a nice surprise. Not very cheap, if you're on a tight budget. I really don't care if the owners or staff are really Korean or not. Villa Min is a small restaurant in Courbevoie, not far from La Défense. Located in front of a small garden, it has a nice outdoor sitting area, a good thing in times on pandemics (they also deliver). The service is efficient, barbecue dishes are prepared by the staff at the table. The menu has many options. I have tried (on different visits) the bulgogi, the pork belly and the jjajangmyeon. All of these were delicious, served with side dishes including a good kimchi. Of course you can drink soju, and Villa Min provides those curious glasses that indicate the alcohol content of soju/beer mixtures.

Tasty food and welcoming staff. Must try the Kimtchi soup, and the Korean Alcohol drink Soju but be careful before you pour you 5th glass.

Nice restaurant with ok menu. But the bulgagi was not as good as it uses to be. Vegetables were noen fresh and meat was not really good..
