Let's do it by steps! The booking was made via the inn's own website. Very simple and fast. Super good whatsapp service too. Price is very good. One really cool thing is that they allow you to arrive and use the common area before check in, which allowed us to really enjoy the first and last day. Speaking of the common area, they are all very beautiful. The pool really appears to be heated. Even though it was raining days before, it was a nice temperature (cold, but not freezing . I stayed in the bromeliad chalet, it's beautiful and spacious, we didn't hear external noise, the blanket is very warm but the internet didn't work, I had to use my internet several times, which also didn't have a good signal! About the service! I found the staff very nice and welcoming, the food delicious and well served, I didn't think it was expensive because it was well prepared! But orders take 1 hour to arrive at the table we ordered our lunch at 2:00 pm and it was served at 3:30 pm.
