A perfect place! The main room to restore, drink a good unami tea or telework is very well thought out. A quiet and soothing environment with a relaxing decor. The staff is adorable! As for yoga, I practiced prenatality. The courses with Nina are excellent: dynamic and resurgent, they really helped me during my pregnancy both psychologically and physically. Finally, I received an antenatal and postnatal massage with Catherine.
