I ordered a blended frappuccino from their menu. A man approached me and said they weren’t Starbucks and that I couldn’t order that. I told him I was just ordering from their menu, which was clearly displayed right behind him. He replied that he didn’t know how to make it but said a cappuccino was the same thing. I explained that it wasn’t. I came here because I don’t like Starbucks, but I won’t be returning. The issue wasn’t that he didn’t know how to make the drink—it was the way he spoke to me.
I finally visited Village Bagels in Westport after wanting to go for a long time. I was greeted by the incredibly friendly Harry, who made an amazing bacon, egg, and cheese on an egg everything bagel for me. It was super fresh and delicious! He definitely earned a returning customer with that one! Plus, he generously gave my kids some free rainbow bagels, which was a nice bonus! Took my little one here yesterday afternoon since she wanted a bagel with cream cheese originally from dunkin' an older fellow working behind the counter took her order and what she received from him in return made her bagel and cream cheese experience Heavenly. She has ditched dunkin and only wants her bagels from here now. They are so friendly and it just made my 6yr Olds day better. Living 3 towns away I guess I'll have to buy in bulk ?

Extremely grossed out and disappointed with what has happened. As a Westport local I’ve been coming here for years and today I noticed a long hair in my mouth. I have short hair… please please make sure all staff has the proper health and safety equipment INCLUDING HAIR NETS.
As a local resident of Westport, this was my first visit to the restaurant. The owner, Harry, was extremely helpful and friendly. The bagels were delicious, as were the other baked goods. I will definitely be returning!
The restaurant offers a delightful selection of fresh foods, and I especially enjoy the variety of bagels and cream cheeses. The location on Post Road is also very convenient.

Horrible customer service. They need to clean house and rehire a new staff. The food is good but everyone is Westport is disappointed with the rude staff.
