The food at this restaurant is quite good, but the customer service leaves much to be desired. Whenever I call to place an order, I'm put on hold for about five minutes, only to overhear the staff gossiping instead of taking orders. It feels like they completely forget that I'm even waiting on the line. Additionally, they often make mistakes with my orders when I do finally get through. If they could address these issues, the restaurant would be fantastic.
I’ve ordered from this restaurant before, but today when I tried to place a delivery order, I was informed that my address is too far away. They have a 5-mile delivery limit, and I live just 4 miles from them. I’ve had successful deliveries from them in the past, so this is really disappointing. I don’t think I’ll be ordering from them again.

i spent 40$ just to get two salads and a chicken appetizer, dressing was out all over the TOGO salad making it almost inedible by the time i made it back. honey chicken also tastes like nothing?? very confusing and simply a waste of my money. the girls at the front counter however were lovely.
I ordered two ham and cheese sandwiches on hard rolls, and it came to nearly $20. What a scam! They charged $4.29 for a 2-liter of Sunkist! I won't be coming back to this place!
Their phone service is terrible; they leave you on hold while you can hear them taking orders from other customers in the deli. Not acceptable!
I ordered a roast beef sandwich and was disappointed to find that the roast beef was nearly black and seemed very old.
