I’m from out of town and here to assist with wildfires at Avon Park Bombing Range. I came in for dinner and Luke the manager talked with me about why I was here. He then asked how many of us were at the base for wildfire. After that he proceeded to give me 2 pies to take to the guys as a thank you. It’s amazing how much an act of kindness meant to us. Thank you. I highly recommend eating here. Food and service were great.
An older restaurant, but the staff is quick to seat you and get an order going. Great French toast and bacon. The coffee is okay as well.
Overall we usually get good food and good service and a great price. They also have some of the best pies!
