The pub pads its reviews on yelp (in my very strong opinion wouldn't want to catch slander cuz I worker doesn't want to lose their a job. I went to this establishment exactly one time to pick up an order. I told them the name it was under and waited, and waited. After about five minutes I felt like I was getting the awkward eye from the majority of the clientele. First of all, I'm a different "Joe S." When you're in Chatham, there aren't many dining options available, so the Village Pub, now under new management, is your go-to spot for food and drinks. Tammy and her team are friendly and welcoming. Before it closed, this pub was nothing remarkable, but after a thorough remodel, it retains the same layout while being significantly cleaner. We decided to stop by this restaurant after hearing they rent yaktrax for just $5. Since it's conveniently located near the Eben Ice Caves, we were able to rent them quickly and easily. The ice caves themselves are stunning and definitely worth the visit! After exploring, we returned to the restaurant to return our cleats and enjoy some food and drinks before heading back to Marquette. Everything we tried was delicious, the prices were reasonable, and the staff was incredibly friendly. I would absolutely follow this same plan on future trips!
Great fish fry! Fresh Lake Superior whitefish and lake trout with great coleslaw and a Keewenaw Pick Axe Blonde! I'm a little bit of a food snob and especially when it comes to a good fish fry, this was not greasy, done just right. The only regret is that I did not have room to try the delicious looking cheesecake!

I really appreciate having this pub in the community! Taco Tuesday is fantastic, and I highly recommend the wet burrito. The restaurant has implemented social distancing measures, and their selection of draft beers is the best around.
It is a must stop!! The owner was so nice and she made us feel like family. It is right off a snowmobile trail and very close to Eben ice caves. Great food and drinks. We will definitely be back our next snowmobile trip.
So good to have the Pub in Chatham serving local draft beers and great food. The homemade cheesecake is really special! Everyone is so friendly, and the owner, Tammy, really cares about her customers.
This place just reopened last season after being closed for a couple of seasons. New owner is providing great food and service!
